About Fucithalmic

Fucithalmic (fusidic acid) is indicated for the topical treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and blepharitis where the microbiological organism/pathogen is known to be sensitive to the antibiotic1

Over 30 years proven efficacy in treating bacterial conjunctivitis2

Sustained targeted action against the most common bacteria causing eye infections, e.g. Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae1,3–6

Treats blepharitis, which is predominantly caused by staphylococcal organisms1, 7

A well tolerated treatment with mild and transient adverse events, such as transient stinging and/or burning sensation8–10
